Priests, Deacons & Chancery Personnel,

Good evening. First, please see the attached letter from Bishop Konderla regarding public Masses in the Diocese of Tulsa.

Second, please see the attached memorandum from Father Grant, Dir. of Divine Worship, regarding the celebration of Holy Week and Easter.

Third, regarding the Executive Order issued by Mayor Bynum today for the City of Tulsa, the Diocese of Tulsa will continue to operate and follow the prudential guidelines set forth in the March 18, 2020 letter by Bishop Konderla and confirmed in the diocesan memorandum dated March 25, 2020 addressing the Governor's Executive Order (attached).

I am here should you have any questions.

In Christ,

Harrison H. Garlick
